2024 WINNERS!!


​We are pleased to report that Norcross Golf Society retained the Fylde Society Cup following a draw against Fleetwood & Northern Golf Society with 11 points each.
The match took place at Knott End Golf Club on Sunday 19 May with a team of 25 including our Captain.  
There were points on offer for singles, pairs and nearest pins. 
A very enjoyable event for the second year running. Next season the match will be held at a neutral venue, to be determined.

£1,400 raised for
​the boathouse youth


​We are absolutely delighted to announce that we raised an amazing £1,400 for the 2023 charity The Boathouse Youth. Our 2023 Captain Jason Athay proudly presented the cheque to the charity in September. A great effort by all our members to raise such a large amount. Well done and thank you!!

​We are pleased to report that Norcross Golf Society came out winners in our first ever Fylde Society Cup competition versus another local golf society, Fleetwood & Northern.
The match took place at Fleetwood Golf Club on Sunday 11 June with a team of 17 including our Captain taking them on in their own back yard.  
It was a very close game with a final result of 7 - 6. 
A very enjoyable event which will become part of our annual calendar. Next season we hope to play at Knott End Golf Club.

New for 2023
​New for the 2023 season is the Norcross Golf Society 'Hole In 1 Club'. Each attendee at each meeting throughout the season will pay £1 on top of the standard green fee and prize pot money as hole in one insurance. The pot will accumulate until we have our very first hole in one within the Society. The value of the pot will be awarded as insurance against the hefty bar bill!!

Our first ever Fylde Ryder Cup competition versus another local golf society, Fleetwood & Northern. Taking place at Fleetwood Golf Club on Sunday 11 June.
The Norcross team of 17 will include our Captain and 16 players of his choice. 
We hope to make this an annual event so keep an eye on our website and social media pages for updates.
